Merger, due diligence and TUPE

Interim Leadership of Community Organisation, working with the Board on merger option. Investigating areas of due diligence, cultural fit and values, consultations with employees and external stakeholders. Successful merger and TUPE of 60 employees.

Multiple partnership for new project:

Research into local needs. Search for suitable contract partner. Design of service model for recovering drug and alcohol addicts. Communications with local authority members. Completion of tender. Successful bid for £400k revenue and capital for mixed housing and support.

Business plan development and financial review:

Joint working with financial director on price review and overhead charges. Establishment of transparent pricing structure for support and care services. Internal negotiations on recharging of overheads within group structure. Achieved competitive price per hour, value for money and sustained £2m external funding year on year. 

I am currently researching and preparing tenders for specialist services in the Worcestershire area.
