I specialise in organisational change. I have 25 years experience in the supported housing sector and have worked with charitable organisations and a large national housing association with a diversity of client groups. I served as a Director of Support and Care in an award winning housing association for several years and on the board of SITRA, a national training and consultancy organisation. I hold a certificate in Executive Coaching ILM L7, Masters in Organisation Development and am an NLP Practitioner.
